Characteristic

Escape hatch designed for non-habitable rooms, allowing access to the roof for inspection, antenna installation, or chimney maintenance. The hatch also enables possible evacuation from the building.

Thanks to the RESET flashing made of EPDM and factory-installed brackets, the escape hatch can be installed in just 15 minutes. The installation is safe; unlike aluminum flashings, the RESET flashing has no sharp edges that could injure the roofer.

WVR PVC escape hatches can be installed in combinations without the need to purchase a special collar, which significantly reduces the cost of making a combi connection.

The escape hatch includes: a drainage gutter, an automatic sash closing limiter during roof work, a roof tile support, sealing wedges, and an opening handle that can be fixed in three positions.

Escape hatch opens to the right or left side – sash opening direction is reversible.
