MB-45

The MB-45 system is a modern aluminum solution ideal for creating uninsulated architectural elements. With a depth of 45 mm for the frame and 54 mm for the sash, MB-45 offers an elegant appearance from the outside and flush window surfaces.

The MB 45 structure allows the construction of partition walls, windows, doors (including sliding and swinging doors), display cases and showcases. A key feature is the ability to bend profiles to create curves and unusual shapes. The system provides excellent tightness thanks to EPDM synthetic rubber gaskets, and its compatibility with MB-60 and MB-70 systems increases versatility. A choice of different construction solutions and the option of using glazing sets from 2 mm to 35 mm thick are other advantages of MB-45.

MB-45 Variants

MB-45 is available in the Standard version, which is also characterized by the possibility of building smoke-proof doors in Sa and S200 class, which provides additional security. The profile has passed rigorous hurricane tests according to ASTM standards and Florida Building Code TAS 201-94, TAS 202-94 and TAS 203-94, confirming its durability under extreme conditions. In addition, the maximum dimensions of the door leaf can reach up to 2400 mm in height and 1250 mm in width, with a weight of up to 130 kg.
