Escape hatch designed for non-habitable rooms, allowing access to the roof for inspection, antenna installation, or chimney maintenance. The hatch also enables possible evacuation from the building.

Wooden roof hatches have the color of natural pine on the inside. The external flashing is standardly powder coated in RAL 7016.
